OBJECTIVES
To ensure that proper and correct assessment methodology and procedure and correct assessment outcomes are implemented at all times in the conduct of assessment
To maintain professionalism of its accredited competency assessors in dealing with candidate whether during assessment or outside assessment conditions
To ensure that assessment center facilities, tolls and materials meet industry standard, regularly upgraded, functional in good condition and available at all times
Ensure continuous quality improvement of service delivery thru timely analysis and prompt and appropriate actions to feedback of internal and external customers
