New Lucena  Polytechnic College set relevant  standard of a simulated  work environment  with complete tools , materials and equipment  geared towards  a quality Assessment and Certification where transparency and confidentiality  are continuously observed

To administer Competency Assessment strictly in accordance with the prescribed guidelines  ensuring the audibility and prestige of the Philippine TVET Competency Assessment  and certification system

OBJECTIVES

To ensure that proper and correct assessment  methodology and correct assessment  outcomes  are implemented at all times  in the conduct of assessment.

To maintain professionalism of its accredited competency assessors  in dealing with candidate  whether during assessment  or outside assessment conditions.
